Laa Ilaha Illa Anta Subhanaka Inni Kuntu Minaz Zalimin can be written in Arabic text as:

لَّآ إِلَٰهَ إِلَّآ أَنتَ سُبْحَٰنَكَ إِنِّى كُنتُ مِنَ ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ

Transliteration

The correct transliteration is La ilaha illa anta subhanaka inni kuntu minaz zalimin.

This short and powerful Dua is found in Surah Anbiya Verse 87. The full verse is:

وَذَا ٱلنُّونِ إِذ ذَّهَبَ مُغَٰضِبًا فَظَنَّ أَن لَّن نَّقۡدِرَ عَلَيۡهِ فَنَادَىٰ فِى ٱلظُّلُمَٰتِ أَن لَّآ إِلَٰهَ إِلَّآ أَنتَ سُبۡحَٰنَكَ إِنِّى كُنتُ مِنَ ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ

Meaning: And [mention] the man of the fish [i.e., Yunus], when he went off in anger and thought that We would not decree [anything] upon him. And he called out within the darknesses, “There is no deity except You; exalted are You. Indeed, I have been of the wrongdoers.”

Prophet Yunus (AS) was sent to warn the people of Nineveh, but they rejected him. In anger, he left, threatening punishment. Realizing their mistake, they sought forgiveness, and Allah spared them.

Yunus then boarded a ship, which was tossed about by a storm. To lighten the load, the passengers cast lots, and Yunus was chosen to be thrown overboard. He accepted his fate and jumped into the sea, where a large fish swallowed him.

In the darkness of the fish’s belly, Yunus cried out: “None has the right to be worshipped except You; Glory be unto You. Indeed I have been from the wrongdoers”

He realized his mistake and sought forgiveness. The fish carried him to the bottom of the sea, where he heard the rocks glorifying Allah.

Yunus prostrated and called out to Allah, dedicating a place of worship in the depths of the sea.

There are quite number of Hadith about this Dua but the most well known is a hadith narrated by Tirmidhi. The full Hadith is

Sa’d reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “The supplication of Yunus when he called upon Allah inside the belly of the whale was this, ‘There is no God but you, glory be to you, for I have been among the wrongdoers,’. Verily, a Muslim never supplicates for anything with it but that Allah will answer him.”
