Allah reminds His Messenger of His blessings:
- He gave him comfort and reassurance
- He made him a good person and helped him focus on the afterlife

- He forgave his sins
- He made him famous and respected
Allah says, “Remember, with every hard time, comes an easy time. This is good news! No matter how difficult things get, ease will always follow.”
Allah tells His Messenger and the believers to:
- Be thankful for His blessings
- Worship and pray to Him when they are free
- Have hope in Him and ask for what they need
Don’t be like those who forget about Allah when they’re free and busy with other things. That would be a loss.
Surah Ad-Duha and Surah Al-Inshirah: Messages of Comfort: These two surahs were sent to comfort and encourage Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) when he first became a prophet.
Allah reminded him of the many blessings he had received and told him not to feel hopeless. Allah promised that difficult times would end soon.
The surahs emphasized that hard times would come to an end and encouraged the Prophet to pray more to feel better. Allah reminded him of the good things He had done for him, like guiding him to Islam and giving him wise advice.
The phrase “expansion of the breast” means feeling comforted, relieved, satisfied, and confident. Before becoming a prophet, Muhammad felt unsure and sought guidance in a cave because he wasn’t satisfied with his family’s beliefs.
Allah helped him by making him a prophet, giving him the strength and commitment he needed for his important mission.
