Radhitu billahi in Arabic is written as:

رَضِيْتُ بِاللّهِ رَبَّاً وَبِالْإِسْلاَمِ دِيْناً وَبِمُحَمَّدٍ (صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ) نَبِيّاً

Transliteration

The zikr is transliterated as Radeetu billaahi Rabban wa bil Islaami Deenan, wa bi Muhammadin (sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallama) nabiyyan.

Narrated by al-Munaydhir (رضي الله عنه), I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say: “Whoever reaches the morning and says: Radeetu billaahi Rabban wa bil Islaami Deenan, wa bi Muhammadin (sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallama) nabiyyan (I am pleased with Allah as my Lord, Islam as me religion and Muhammad as my Prophet,) then I am responsible to take him by his hand until he is entered into Paradise.”

[Recorded by at-Tabarānī in al-Kabeer (20/355/838) , Ibn Wahab, and Ibn Mandah. Verified to be authentic by al-Albani in Silsilat us-Sahihah 2686 & Mundhiri in at-Targheeb (1/299).

Another narration of this extolment, instructing to say it three times every morning and evening, was recorded by Ibn Abi Shaybah, Abu Dawud, and others, and was verified to be weak by al-Albani (Daif-ut-Targhib 384, ad-Da’ifah 5020, and al-Kalim-ul-Tayyib 24)]

Narrated Al-Abbas bin Abdul-Muttalib: that he heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say: “Whoever is pleased with Allah as (his) Lord, and Islam as (his) religion, and Muhammad as (his) Prophet, then he has tasted the sweetness of faith.”

Abu Sa’id al-Khudri reported the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) as saying: “If anyone says “I am pleased with Allah as Lord, with Islam as religion and with Muhammad (ﷺ) as Apostle” Paradise will be his due.”
