Hal Ataka

In this surah, Allah describes the Day of Resurrection, a day of overwhelming terror, when individuals will face the consequences of their deeds. They will be divided into two groups: those destined for paradise and those doomed to the blazing fire.

The people of hell will suffer humiliation, exhaustion, and punishment, with faces covered in fire and bodies scorched by boiling water. Their food will be bitter thorns, offering no nourishment or satisfaction.

In contrast, the people of paradise will radiate joy, contentment, and happiness, surrounded by delights, lofty dwellings, and flowing springs. They will engage in good conversations, remembrance of Allah, and gratitude for His blessings.

Allah urges us to reflect on His creations, such as camels, mountains, and the earth, which demonstrate His oneness and power. The Prophet Muhammad (SAW) is reminded to admonish and remind people, but not to compel them to believe.

Those who disbelieve and turn away will face the greatest punishment, while Allah will gather all people on the Day of Resurrection to account for their deeds.
