You should say “Allahumma inni amsaitu usyhiduka” four times in the evening. This dua is like a big statement of your faith. It’s about you telling Allah that you’re starting your day, and you’re bearing witness to Him. It’s also like you’re saying that everything in the sky and on the earth also sees and knows about your declaration of faith.

Text Of The Hadith
Narrated Anas ibn Malik: The Prophet (ﷺ) said: If anyone says in the morning: “O Allah! in the morning we call Thee, the bearers of Thy Throne, Thy angels, and all Thy creatures to witness that Thou art Allah than Whom there is no god, Thou being alone and without a partner, and that Muhammad is Thy servant and Thy Apostle,”
Allah will forgive him any sins that he commits that day; and if he repeats them in the evening. Allah will forgive him any sins he commits that night.

Explanation Of The Dua
You say, “I testify that there is no god but Allah, and I testify to the carriers of His throne and His angels.” This isn’t just saying there’s only one God; it’s like you’re confirming to Allah that you believe in His oneness.
You can only truly say this if you really believe it in your heart, not just saying it without thinking.
When you say this, you’re not just acknowledging Allah’s oneness but also acknowledging the angels who carry His throne.
These angels are really special, chosen by Allah to do this important job. They’re among the greatest and strongest angels.
When you say, “I testify to You,” it’s like you’re making Allah a witness to your belief in His oneness. It’s important to repeat this affirmation every morning and evening, showing your commitment to believing in one God.
Doing this every day can have a big effect on your soul, reminding you of the importance of believing in one God.
This belief has a big impact because it leads to a great reward: being saved from Hellfire and going to Paradise. Believing in one God is like having the key to Paradise, and believers remind themselves of this truth by repeating it.
This belief isn’t just for humans; it includes angels, humans, jinn, and all other creatures. When you say these words, it’s like all creatures in the universe are witnessing it.
Specifically, it involves the angels who carry Allah’s throne and the angels of His Mercy. It’s important to think carefully about what these beings are testifying to and what it means.
They’re saying that Allah is the only one worthy of worship, the one who deserves all worship without any partners. This confirms the uniqueness of Allah in every way.
Saying “There is no partner for You” confirms that there’s only one God and no one shares in His divinity. Saying “You are alone” confirms that there’s no god except Allah.
Also, saying “Muhammad is Your servant and Messenger” emphasizes the importance of worshiping Allah and following the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), without exaggerating his status like some other religious groups do.
