In Arabic this Dua is written:

الله يشفيك

Allah Yashfeek Meaning in English

Allahu yashfeek can be translated to mean “may Allah heal you” or “may Allah cure you.” This is for Male, the female form for saying may Allah cure her in Arabic is Allahu Yashfeeki.

There are some hadith which say similar phrase, the supplication is dua for visiting the sick and Dua for the sick.

Hadith #1

Abu Said Al-Khudri reported: Jibril (Gabriel) came to the Prophet SAW and said: “O Muhammad (Sallallahu alaihi Wasallama)!

Do you feel sick?” He said, “Yes.” Jibril supplicated thus (i.e., he performed Ruqyah ):

“ Bismillahi arqika, min kulli shay’in yudhika, min sharri kulli nafsin aw ayni hasidi, Allahu yashfika, bismillahi arqika.

Meaning: With the Name of Allah. I recite over you (to cleanse you) from all that troubles you, and from every harmful mischief and from the evil of the eyes of an envier. Allah will cure you; and with the Name of Allah, I recite over you].”

Hadith #2

Sa’ad bin Abu Waqqas reported: The Messenger of Allah SAW visited me during my illness and supplicated, Allahumma shifee Sa’ad, Allahumma shifee Sa’ad, Allahumma shifee Sa’ad. Meaning “O Allah! Cure Sad. O Allah! Cure Sad. O’ Allah! Cure Sad.”

This Hadith shows the virtue of supplicating with this invocation: ‘O Allah heal so and so,’ mentioning the name of the person thrice. This is one of the means of cure for the sick.

Hadith #3

Ibn Abbas RA reported: The Prophet SAW said, “He who visits a sick person who is not on the point of death and supplicates seven times: As’alullahal-Azima Rabbal-Arshil-Azimi, an yashfeeyaka (I beseech Allah the Great, the Rabb of the Great Throne, to heal you), Allah will certainly heal him from that sickness.”
